At Nano Theatre, we design private cinemas, micro-LED video walls and bespoke AV experiences for homes and businesses across India. Building that requires trust — and trust starts with being transparent about your data.

This Privacy Policy applies to www.nanotheatre.com, our consultation forms, our CRM, and any communication you have with our team.

01

Introduction

Nano Theatre ("we", "our", or "us") respects your right to privacy. By visiting our website or submitting any form on it, you agree to the data practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website and our services.

This policy is published in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and aligns with the data-protection principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

02

Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways — what you give us directly, and what we observe automatically.

Information you provide

  • Contact details — name, email address, phone number, city.
  • Project details — your space, budget range, preferred date and time for a consultation, theatre type (home / business), space type (living room / dedicated room / outdoors / showroom etc.), and your interest area (Home Theatre, Home Automation, Experience Center, Nano Walls, Club House).
  • Free-text messages — anything you write in the "Tell us about your space" or "Message" fields.
  • Communication preferences — your email consent choices.

Information we collect automatically

  • Device & browser data — IP address, browser type, operating system, screen size, referring URL, language preference.
  • Usage data — pages viewed, time on page, links clicked, scroll depth and entry / exit pages.
  • Cookies & similar technologies — see Cookies & Analytics below.
03

04

Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the following categories of recipients, and only as required to operate our business:

  • CRM & lead-management platforms (e.g. HubSpot) — to route your enquiry to the correct designer and track the conversation.
  • Analytics providers (e.g. Google Analytics / Tag Manager) — to understand aggregated traffic patterns. Where possible, IP addresses are anonymised.
  • Communication tools — email and SMS providers that we use to reply to you.
  • Authorised installation & service partners — only with the specific information required to deliver your project (e.g. address for a site visit).
  • Government / regulators — when we are legally required to disclose information under applicable law.

All third parties are bound by confidentiality and may only use your data to provide the contracted service.

05

Cookies & Analytics

Cookies are small text files placed on your device to help the site function and to measure how it is used. We use:

06

Data Security

We follow industry-standard practices to protect your data — HTTPS encryption in transit, access controls, hardened server configurations and routine security reviews. No system on the internet is 100% secure, but we work hard to keep yours safe.

If we ever discover a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities without undue delay, as required by law.

07

Your Rights

You retain control over your information at all times. You may, at any point:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Active project and customer records are retained for the duration of the engagement and for the period required by tax, accounting and consumer-protection law thereafter. Aggregated, anonymised data may be kept indefinitely for analytics.

09

Children's Privacy
